First ever mid-race bathroom break cost me.  I tried to make up my lost time too quickly and paid for it in the end.  It was a good lesson learned.

This was my first Ogden.  The Ogden Marathon is a beautifulcourse and the volunteers were great!  I'm looking forward to running it again.

Stairs are a little more bearable today.  I used the Marathon Stick quite a bit yesterday and today and it has really helped.  I'm not sure why I waited until a couple of weeks ago to ever get one.

More Marathon stick and stretching today.  Getting down the stairs is almost normal now.  Family members and neighbors no longer shaking their heads in disgust at the language I used traversing stairs.

 I will go for an easy 4 miler tomorrow.
