First ever mid-race bathroom break cost me. I tried to make up my lost time too quickly and paid for it in the end. It was a good lesson learned. This was my first Ogden. The Ogden Marathon is a beautifulcourse and the volunteers were great! I'm looking forward to running it again.

| Stairs are a little more bearable today. I used the Marathon Stick quite a bit yesterday and today and it has really helped. I'm not sure why I waited until a couple of weeks ago to ever get one. |

| More Marathon stick and stretching today. Getting down the stairs is almost normal now. Family members and neighbors no longer shaking their heads in disgust at the language I used traversing stairs. I will go for an easy 4 miler tomorrow.
